Job Function: Product Development Manager

Job description:

? Manage the full cycle of product development working with designers, sample development, pricing and packaging sizes
o Understand the company, market and customer packaging requirements
o Responsible for supporting the project tasks, including procurement, product development, sample production, communication and negotiation with China factories

? Traveling for factories across china to coordinate full cycle product development
o Position stationed anywhere in China
o Good communication skills, work with sales, marketing and design teams

? Market Evaluation
o Updating and researching information on competitors, product development, and production techniques in factories

? Good knowledge of written spoken English and Mandarin

? Experience 6 plus years doing similar position, knowledge of houseware, glassware, melamine and other related categories.
o Understanding of the product development process, strong sense of responsibilities and teamwork; a good leader and role model
o Experience with Target Shenzhen office is preferred
