职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1, Analyze and check the production planning to meet the customer's production requirements;
2, Daily monitor and manage the production team including the people performance management, people developing and coaching, facility/workshop management, EHS, support the company to improve the efficiencies and continues improvements;
3, Drive and lead the production projects, actively support the NPI team to make sure the new project transfer successfully;
4, Optimize the current process, tooling management and equipments, solve the on-site problems with the limited resources and consider the team balance;
5, Develop efficient and cost-effective new process platform internally for mass production and prototype;
6, Responsible for production reporting, analyze and improve the DATA;
7, Collaborate with production, quality and SCM and other functions on production line integration, transferring, and others;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1, Bachelor degree in Mechanical or equivalent;
2, Broad knowledge of material, process design, tooling and molding technical knowledge;
3, More than 10 years working experience in molding industry, familiar with molding process, tooling, equipment management and production management;
4, Self-motivated, proactive with strong teamwork spirits;
5, Good communication skill and good English both in oral and written; 举报 分享
