Qualification:
- 10 years above working experience in automobile E-mobility development
- Excellent knowledge of E-motor, power electronics system development, successful SOP experience is a plus
- Familiar with using the development tools, understand the advanced development process
- Experience of being a team leader
- Good knowledge of new energy vehicle industry, marketing trend
- Knowledge of transmission
- Fluent English, German is the plus
- Master degree, Doctor is a plus
Responsibility:
- Technical leader of E-mobility development in hofer Shanghai
- Build up the engineering team of E-mobility
- Technically responsible for the E-mobility development project
- Technical interface with externally with customer and internally with hofer German team
- Support of sales and marketing activities
