工作要求Job Requirements：
1. 汽车行业质量管理五年以上工作经验.；
2. 熟悉相关生产工艺（如压铸，机加工，冲压, 装配等）；
3. 能读懂图纸
4. 熟悉TS要求及汽车行业五大工具PPAP, APQP, SPC， MSA， PFMEA；
5. 精通8D, 5why, 鱼骨图等质量工具并具有良好的逻辑分析能力
6. 需要具有一定的GD&T 知识
7. 良好的解决问题、人际交往及协调能力。
8. 具有责任感和良好的组织领导能力
岗位职责Job Responsibility
1. 做好量产产品质量管控,降低客户投诉,避免发生重大质量问题；
2. 确保客户的工具、方法和要求被很好的执行并跨部门与采购、SQE、产品工程、物流、生产等合作；
3. 支持客户工厂审核；
4. 负责工厂内可疑品的判定，监控内部返工按要求执行；
5. 负责定期对控制计划进行审核，确保过程受控；
- 质量工程师的培训，质量控制系统维护；
- 指导质量工程师分析并处理生产线质量问题，降低内部PPM；
- 处理重大客户投诉，成立8D小组系统解决问题，预防问题再发
- 完成上级交办的其它工作
