Backend

The back-end segments Sensors, Chip Card and Chip Embedding allow the development of cross-collaborative innovations over the entire value chain from chip production to wafer testing, preassembly, package design and the development of new materials.

In your new role you will:

• Lead or support productivity improve project through IE method to achieve lean manufacturing.
• Setup standard headcount, output per hour and product cycle Time through IE tool and method.
• Optimize the company/production line layout to improve the space efficiency.
• Investment control and coordinate the capital approved process.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master Degree holder preferably in Industrial Engineering or related.
• Familiar with MS Office software especially Excel and Powerpoint.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and basic knowledge on ERP/SAP/MES system will be perfect.
• Ability to communicate and write in English.
• Good communication skill and team work.
• Good problem solving skill and ability to provide idea / alternative.
