Responsibilities
- Together with sales team to identify potential growth areas and new application
- Handle and process warranties, prepare and conduct customers training and seminars, collect competitive information. Handle and resolve problems and complaints, deal directly with global team
- Responsible for all Celeramotion products and concentrate on developing application and value proposition analysis
- Prepare written presentations for customer activity as well as technical notes
- - Conduct customer education and product information meetings.
- Continually learn new product knowledge and internal case sharing with sales team
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for Celeramotion products.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree major in Electric/Automation or relevant
- Good understanding of linear/rotary motors and encoder products
- Hands on experience of motor and encoder applications
- 5 years related experience in similar industry
- Self-motivated, proactive, result-orientation, good team player, willing to success.
- Good listening, writing and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Accept to work under pressure
- Willing to learn
- A self-organization, persistence in following up, cooperativeness, self-confidence person
