职位描述：
Reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager your key responsibilities will
include:
? Design and development of lens and optics systems for LED lighting
products
? Assessing and testing lens designs
? Experienced in optical-mechanical systems and design of opto-mechanical
structures including mounts, enclosures, frames, adjustment mechanisms,
and subassemblies.
? Develop innovative solutions to aid in selecting overall architecture and
solutions for detailed design, while working under tight deadlines.
? Be a contributing and collaborative member of a team of lens designers,
optical engineers, and mechanical engineers.
? Development of optics and lens solutions for mass production for standard
catalogue product, as well as special bespoke optics solutions for high
profile lighting installations.
? Prototyping and testing lenses and optics for high tech LED lighting
products
? Interact with firmware, software, mechanical, compliance and quality
assurance engineers.
? Design for manufacturing by interacting with materials procurement,
manufacturing and test personnel.
? Problem solving and fault finding.
? Verification and validation of designed system including testing, analysis,
and reviews.
? Working with production, service and customers on technical issues.
The successful candidate will have:
? Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent.
? At least 3 years recent hands on experience in opto-mechanical design
(Lens and Optic Design, prototyping, testing, evaluating).
? Experience in optics design Software such as Tracepro or similar
? An understanding of relevant production methods for the manufacture of
optics.
? Experience and strong understanding of LEDs.
? Experience and strong understanding of the various LED lens and reflector
types, their application
? Experience in the design and testing of LED Optics
? An understanding of photometric test equipment used for general lighting
such as gonio-photometers, integrating spheres, e.t.c
? The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Strong problem solving skills.
? Excellent time management skills.
? Australian citizenship, permanent residency or valid work permit holder. 举报 分享
