Responsibility:
1. Handle customers’ complaint, cooperate with Quality dept.
2. Coordinate with Production dept. to meet delivery requirement
3. Cooperate with SCM dept. to inform customers of delivery information
4. Other work assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
1. College education and/or above
2. Above 2 years similar working experience
3. Good sense of priority and planning, strong coordination and communication skills
4. Good command of English and computer skills, teamwork spirit
