职位描述：
Requirements:
?A minimum of M.S in Computer Science, EE or equivalent.
?3~5 years of experience in IP design/verification
?Multiple projects experience on High Speed IC design from specification to netlist.
?Strong skill on Verilog HDL, C/C++ knowledge
?Strong knowledge/experience AXI/AMB, DMA and Cache.
?Strong communication skills (English and Mandarin, both written and verbal)
?Strong problem solving skills
?Familiar with Linux Environment (including shell/perl scripting)
?Good team work skills

Responsibilities:
?Block level Micro-architecture, RTL Design, Verification, Synthesis and timing closure.
?Setup block level local test-bench for function test, code/functional coverage and performance.
?Debug / Support IP level END2END test
?Block level Micro-architecture SPEC/Testplan documentation
?Work closely with FPGA team for pre-silicon prototyping.
?Work closely with software/FW team for driver/FW developments
?Post-silicon Bring-Up debug/support.
?Participating in company’s key engineering initiatives: Methodology improvement, new architecture study and proposal.
