岗位描述
1、依据公司的年度经营目标及经营计划，拟定公司年度人力资源及行政后勤管理目标与年度工作规划，并努力达成目标
2、拟定并实施本部门的年度、季度、月度工作计划，按月总结计划执行情况
3、主导全公司绩效考核的推行，与财务部及各相关职能部门完成对各部门、各岗位、各员工的工作业绩量化考核
4、依公司经营发展战略的人力需求，开发短、中、长期人力资源，合理调配公司的人力资源
5、人事规章制度的规划、制定与修订，使员工的管理有章可循
6、深化与宣传公司企业文化，将企业文化落实到企业管理制度与管理规范中
7、制定岗位晋升、下调策略，报批通过后加以监督执行
8、对行政人事部员工工作的指导，使其及时有效地完成工作
9、领导交代的其他工作

岗位要求
1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历
2、五年以上外企工作经验
3、英语六级，口语流利 举报 分享
