职位描述：
Main accountabilities：
 1. Manage of the plants and function department in one site of occupational health, safety and environmental issues and establish, perfect the site HS&E management system.
2. Ensure site operation is fully meet with corporate HS&E policy and standards.
3. Ensure site fully meets local HS&E regulation requirements, including maintaining appropriate HSE permits and licenses.
4. Introduce, monitor plants and report the HSE performance against corporate HSE policy and objectives.
5. Support local plants risk assessment programs and risk reduction plans in site operation, including supporting timely and effective accident and incident investigation.
6. Support local plant management in HS&E specific project requirements. This includes ensuring HS&E requirements meet with budget plans, making sure all new CAPEX projects comply with Company policy and government regulations.
7. Ensure appropriate training is provided to all plant and department employees covering all aspects of HSE policy, standards, risk assessment and safety breakthrough and local needs.
8. Supporting both local and corporate audit and site inspections, fire safety audit, insurance audit, government inspections.
9. Support the site HSE committee organization function well and monthly routines.

Qualifications:
College degree or above, safety, environment, industry hygiene or related
Safety management license is required.
Appropriate environment qualification.
ISO & OHSAS internal auditor qualification is preferred.

Experience
At least 8 years HSE professional experience in an international manufacture company.

Expertise areas:
Knowledge of Chinese national health, safety, environment, fire protection regulation and standards.
Knowledge and experience of key management tools such as risk assessment and incident investigation.
Experience of establishing and maintaining site safety & environment management systems. 举报 分享
