EunaCon HR Solutions & Services Ltd. is an Executive Search firm based in Shanghai. As a member of EunaCon Consulting Group (www.eunacon.cn) we exclusively serve international clients in China.
Our client is a German wholly owned foreign enterprise, specialized in industrial safety components. It is a global leader in the development and production of switches, sensors, enclosures and suspension systems as well as further industrial solutions. For their expanding business, we are looking for a highly motivated candidate (based in Jiangsu Province) for the position of:
International Key Account Manager
- BU Elevator-
(Location: Taicang, Jiangsu Province)
Responsibilities:
? Manage Key accounts (international global sourcing companies)
? Sound experience and strong understanding of the elevator market
? Identify and generate new business in the elevator and escalator industry
? Understand customer needs and communicate information (forecast, product demand, competition, etc.)
? Coordinate across departments to ensure the maximum customer satisfaction
? Fully responsible for target achievement (turnover, new project and new customer development)
? Reporting line: directly report to General Manager (German)
Requirements:
? Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
? Minimum 5 years working experience in Elevator industry
? Proven track record in (technical) Sales & managing international Key Account as well as in design and construction of
elevators
? Excellent intercultural/communication skills, strong commercial acumen
? Open-minded, eloquent, cooperative, industrious and self-disciplined
? Fluent in Mandarin & English, good command of German is a big plus
