职位描述
Responsibilities:
Manages overall operation and all aspects of Changzhou manufacturing facility including production, maintenance, technology, and other manufacturing units/functions.
Also responsible for environmental, safety, security, quality control, accounting, distribution, human resources and purchasing activities.
Ensures continuous and efficient production in desired quantity and quality, cost effective maintenance, and appropriate technology support.
Sets expectations and work environment standards necessary for successful operation.
Ensures appropriate personnel planning, staffing, and performance management.
Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and safety standards.
Representing site to interact with the community to maintain right to operate.
At the first phase - site building and start up period, leads to set up site organization and system, supports Project.
Requirements:
University degree or above.
Having more than 10 years experience of manufacturing and 5 years management experience
High integrity.
Successful experience in managing HSE system.
Good interpersonal skill.
Strategic thinking and always able to explore for continuous improvement.
Strong leadership and good team working skill.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiar with building factory is an advantage.
Solid know-how regarding paint production process.
Solid know-how regarding recipes and raw materials involved.
Project mentality.
Does need to like 'new' and 'creating'.
Needs to like cooperating within team and other levels in organization (horizontal and upward).
Masters English language.
