Responsibilities:

Within the team you will organize the secretariat and be the direct assistant to the General manager. The activities range from the processing of all correspondence, the preparation and creation of presentation materials, the coordination of appointments, organization of meetings and business trips, etc.



Qualifications:

· You have successfully completed a commercial training or you are a language graduate (English and/or German) and you are a native Mandarin speaker.

· You should have already gained extensive experience as a secretary.

· Native Chinese speaker and fluent English language skills in speaking and writing and we find knowledge of German desirable.

· You should have extensive knowledge of the microsoft office tools.

· An independent and organized way of working, assertiveness, commitment and trust as well as a friendly and confident manner complete your personal profile.
