职位描述：
General Summary

? Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
? Recommend and implement improvement to production processes, methods and controls. Coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products, while augmenting with procedures and training as needed for success.
? Champion for manufacturing capital asset identification, assessment, justification, qualification and commissioning into manufacturing systems for new launches.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Job scope: Construct assembly process during new launches. Including establish goals, convert targets into tasks. Responsible for all assemble fixtures and non-standard equipment build for new launches.
1.Feasibility
? Support the feasibility analysis for the new products.
2.RFQ
? Creating manufacturing concept drafting based on the available data, collaborates for the assembly quoting job as required.
3.CDR/DFM
? Understand GD&T, possibility and feasibility of manufacturing, be a necessary input of part design and tooling design to ensure efficient production methods can be applied and quality results can be met.
? Design assembly process with quality and cost-effective basis.
? Confer with management, engineering regarding process capability, schedules and other considerations for facilitate production process construct.
4.Trial Run
? Perform design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, layout, assembly methods, development on fixture and equipment for new project.
? Responsible for develop the flow diagram, PFMEA, Work instruction etc, and training to operation according.
? Yield and capacity improvement in the mass production to the quotation level.
? Confer with machine vendors and internal team member to determine the technical agreement review file, arrange for purchase and lead in the machinery and equipment according.
? Support the competency and supplier development.
5.Process Optimization
? Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality efficiency improvement.
? Collaborates closely with the maintenance group to effectuate equipment upgrades and improvements.
? Taking and recording Lessons Learn.
6.Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualification

1.Bachelor, major in automation and mechatronics, engineering background.
2.5+ years’ experience in manufacture engineering
3.Familiar with the fixture and equipment design and manufacturing.
4.Familiar with the 2D and 3D design software
5.Good at problem solving thinking methodology, decision based on data.
6.Good English communication skill
7.Self-motivated, Positive thinking, Hard-working
8.Able to travel sometimes
