3-4 years as production supervisor, possibly in companies producing air compressors or similar products (pumps, blowers, electromechanical machines, etc.)
有3-4年生产主管管理经验，有在压缩机或相似产品（水泵、鼓风机、机电设备等）的公司工作经验优先
Mechanical or electrical background with experience in facing and dealing with technical problems in production line.
机械或电气背景，有处理解决工艺技术问题的经验
Experience in foreign companies as support and supervisor to production line
有外资企业支持和管理生产的经验
Used to deal with production teams of more than 30 workers and employees
有管理30名以上生产员工团队的经验
Good level, able to keep daily conversations and meetings with GM and training with Italian colleagues
良好的英文水平，能够与总经理日常交流和会议会谈，及能与意大利同事培训交流
职位描述：
Supervise the production assembly line, the testing area and the packaging line to meet on time delivery requests by customers and production targets;
监督管理生产线、测试区域和包装线按客户的要求和生产的目标准时交货
Arrange and monitor production line organization, cleanliness and rational order to meet
Quality requirements and production efficiency;
安排和监管生产线的组织，清洁，确保有序合理的组织满足质量的要求和生产的效率
Constantly monitor and evaluate the job of workers in cooperation with HR and GM;
与HR和总经理协作共同持续管理和评估生产员工的工作绩效
Face technical problems and lead them to a solution, with interface with Italian headquarters, if needed;
对于技术工艺问题领导员工做出解决方法，在有需要时作为联系意大利总部的接口人
Manage, together with warehouse, the organization of stock in order to avoid stock breakages or accumulation of stock as well as in order to ensure the constant correctness of the stock values;
与仓库部共同管理库存以避免库存的损耗和积压同时确保库存值的持续正确
Ensure the proper management of ERP process flow to organize, run and follow up the production;
确保ERP流程的正确管理并按此组织、运行和跟进生产
Ensure respect of procedures in all the areas related to production;

Promote and develop production organization and efficiency;
