职位描述：
1. Make department goal and working plan according to company goal, and distribute work tasks according to department goal.
2. Organize to make and implement relevant policy, regulation, process and work instructions.
3. Work with other department to follow the new project developing requirement (APQP).
4. Work with tool department for new tool developing and mold supplier management from technical side.
5. Monitor and check the production planning and the production process to maintain the effective operation in Metal Production Department each workshop.
6. Organize according to the production order, the cost and consumption requirement in mass production.
7. Organize capacity analysis of equipment and tool. Make equipment occupation plan and investment plan and check the implementation to support production requirements.
8. Production process management and optimization to improve efficiency, product quality and reduce the defective and waste rate.
9. Subcontractor management: Tracking the outsourcing order products quantity, products quality, schedule and implement components of the technical requirements.
10. Tool & fixture maintenance management and supervision.
11. Organize the training in department to continuously improve the department employee working skill and performance.
12. Check the implementation of safety regulations in Metal Production Department to ensure the safety of people and equipment.
13. Organize personnel management and team building in Metal Production Department.
14. Coordinate company quality system building, management and quality improvement
15. Check and submit regular statistical report.
16. Finish other jobs assigned by management.

Qualification
1. University本科
2. Engineering or mould manufacture and design or Mechanics or related majors工程或模具设计与制造专业或机械及相关专业
3. 5-8 years industrial experience; 3-5 years position experience; 2-3 years managerial experience
4. Well command of speaking and writing English
5. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Metal & Tool process knowledge 金属和模具生产工艺知识
7. Organizing capability 组织能力; Coordinating capability 协调能力Analyze capability 分析能力; Communication capability 沟通能力
