Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1. Design all aspects of permanent magnet AC motors and AC induction motors for automotive and industrial applications.
设计汽车和工业应用永磁交流电机和交流感应电机。
2. Use simulators and software tools to design/develop/model circuits and systems and document the designs.
使用仿真器和软件工具来设计/开发/建模 电路、系统和记录设计。
3. Solve electric and magnetic circuit problems in time- and frequency- domains.
解决电场和磁回路的时间和频率问题。
4. Analyze motor/drive interactions, motor insulation failures due to non-sinusoidal voltage waveforms, and motor losses.
分析电机/驱动相互作用，由于非正弦电压波形和电动机损耗的马达绝缘失效。
5. Work with purchasing dept. and vendor companies to communicate technical requirements and ensure product quality.
与采购部门和供应商沟通技术要求,确保产品质量。
6. Support sales with technical literature on product electrical systems.

Requirements:
任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above, Electrical Engineering with emphasis in electrical machines or equivalent work experience.
本科以上学历，电气工程与电气设备或同等工作经验。
2. 3 to 5 years experience in design electrical machines, expertise in design, test and service of motor-drive systems.
3到5年电气系统设计经验，精通电机驱动系统的设计、测试和服务。
3. Have comprehensive knowledge of electrical and magnetic materials, ability to plan complex projects and system development for multiple products, and ability to define specifications for multiple projects or product families.
具有深厚的电气和电磁材料相关知识，能够进行多样产品复杂的项目和系统开发， 能够为多样的项目和产品定义参数。
4. Familiar with Office, 3D modeling & 2D drawings (SolidWorks), Motor design software (Opera, Speed, JMAG, etc).

5. Basic English preferred.

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions.
