Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Enhance Commercial Operation Management & System Improvement
2. Internal Communication within JRC & Hong Kong
3. Regional communications, understanding of market & balance the act by collaborating with several internal departments
4. Team Building, System, Internal reporting for OM & SIOP meetings
Minimum Requirements:
1. Education
Bachelor or above, major in business management , or marketing, International trade, management related aspects
2. Specific Business Knowledge
Knowledge on international business, Planning & process management, crop protection, manufacturing, etc
3. Relevant Working Experiences
At least 7-10 years working experience, in which 3 years with supervisory experience
More than 3 years experience in commercial/operations
4. Others (e.g. Language, PC Knowledge)
Skillful English on writing and speaking
Good communication and management skills
Good presentation skills
