职位描述：
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Timely and accurately book in incoming material receipts into ERP system in order to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained.
正确及时地将进料数据输入ERP系统以确保库存的准确性
2. Timely and accurately handle kit issue against works orders, dispatching against sales orders in ERP system.
正确及时地将工单发料数据、销售订单出货等输入ERP系统
3. Support Supervisor to generate, release and complete works orders in ERP system.
根据主管要求，及时地在ERP创建、发放、关闭工单
4. According to customer PO, generate sales order in ERP system and acknowledge to customer.
根据客户订单，及时地在ERP创建销售订单，回复客户
5. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
其他主管安排的工作
Education and Experience
1. College degree or above
大专或以上学历
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in store accounting.
3年以上的仓管帐务工作经验
3. Experience of customer service is preferred.
有客户服务跟单工作经验优先考虑
4. Familiarity of export operation is preferred.
熟悉出口操作流程优先考虑
5. Previous knowledge/experience in ERP / MRP Systems.
熟悉ERP/MRP系统
Skills and Abilities
1. Good English written & Reading.
良好的英语读写能力
2. Good knowledge of computer and office software.
