职位描述：
1. 熟练操作磨床、铣床、车床、冲床等相关的周边设备（具有中走丝设备操作经验者更佳），及时掌握模具使用状况和生产质量问题，维护模具的日常运行。
2. 熟练掌握模具（挤压模具、铆钉模具、拉拔模具）抛光技术。
3. 定时对模具维修及保养。
4. 协助模具经理管理模具，模具备件及5S管理。
