职位描述：
Infrastructure management
1. Maintaining the telephone and communications systems in good working order
2. Maintain TET Suzhou (Rental Plant) ’s IT related server on a daily basis.
3. Monitor and tune Systems performance as required to provide optimal performance and ensure maintenance on all operating systems and network hardware is maintained
System management
1. Maintain and support application deployed in China (Like ERP, file system, HR system, Finance system etc).
2. Backup related database and file server data regularly
3. Monitor all systems backups and system logs where appropriate.
IT assets management
1. Source hardware and software with local IT Manager.
2. Organize quotes and requisitions for budgeted purchases in line with budget allocations for all systems and PC related purchases.
3. IT fixed assets purchasing and make configuration such as Server, PC (desktop & laptop), Printer, Router, Switch, OA equipment and other network device etc.
4. IT related equipment inventory manage and track timely.
5. Accurate data entry and filing.
User Helpdesk
1. Provide helpdesk and trouble shooting for general end users with routine working
(Include hardware and software with Desktop, laptop, Printer, software application etc)
2. Day-to-day general housekeeping and maintenance on all operating systems hardware and software.
3. Update and maintain company client users of Anti-virus application regularly
IT policy implement
1. Ensure adherence to local, regional and global processes, procedures and IT governance requirements.
2. Make out related local IT policy form and training course
3. Train and support FSSC staff in the use of authorized software packages, designing and implementing authorized training courses as required.

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
1. 3 years working experience in IT area and IT helpdesk support experience.
2. Familiar with TCP/IP, Microsoft server architecture and system product, database and related program language like C# etc.
3. Bachelor in Computer related major
