Role Summary/Purpose

GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.The HRM provides client support to Wayne China/Asia business and directs HR activities; drives business HR integration, develops strategy and implements changes. In this role the HRM will manage complex issues within area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy and cultural development.


Essential Responsibilities

- Provide proactive leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource functions including all aspects of professional relations, hourly relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee involvement, practices, training, organizational change and development and communications for a client groups; - Drive all the relevant activities on recruiting, selection, performance management and career development together with leadership team. - Consult with the clients to define roles and missions, design the organizational structure, and on organization effectiveness - Lead and facilitate change efforts in integration and organization change, and other relevant change activities. - Provide advice and coaching to functional leaders to develop leadership capabilities. - Build a strong talent/leadership pipeline by staffing, and by focusing on employee career development and by driving relevant engagement initiatives. - Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that employees receive fair and equitable treatment - Work closely with and through the Center of Excellence of Recruitment, Learning, Organization and Talent Development and Compensation and Benefit to drive operating plans, growth initiatives. - Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment and develop / implement appropriate change management plans as required - Facilitate communications throughout the organization including employee attitude surveys - Involve in all the Human Resources initiatives across O&G China and global, with a focus on the integration and cultural change, and drive HR best practices in process, tools and templates.


Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.- At least 5 additional years of experience in a variety of Human Resource positions in a large multi-national company, including supply chain environment- HR generalist experience including recruiting, C&B, retaining, performance management, employee relations & leadership development, and coaching, and being support a sizable biz operation.- High energy level with strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude;- Able to work in a metrics organization and under pressure;- Strong facilitation, influencing & communication skills;- Demonstrated people leadership and interpersonal skills;- Strong Coaching skill


Desired Characteristics

- Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred.- Proven training ability.- HRLP Graduate is preferred (GE employees only)
