Role Summary/Purpose
This role will be responsible for providing thought leadership to regional commercial teams and building / maintaining relationships with governments and key customers globally.
Essential Responsibilities
As BD mgr, the role will focus on critical, complex, strategically or tactically important deals with high visibility. Lead commercialization of existing products for the Performance DCAR segment. This role will inform the engineering team on customer requirements and drive clinical value proposition for the product. The BD mgr will work closely with down stream commercial organization and influence them without the direct reporting line. The role will help with training the dealers and sales teams to effectively sell our compact ECG product line. In addition, will drive thought leadership on the clinical requirements for target regions.
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree2. Minimum of 10 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation3. Minimum of 5 years experience of managing sales professional4. 3 years commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios5. Ability to influence internal team members without reporting line6. Willingness to travel extensively to target regions7. Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization8. Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages9. Demonstrated ability to work directly with international and developing countries

1. Registered nurse2. Active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to undergo ECG diagnosis for patients in a clinical setting 3. Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to undergo ECG diagnosis for patients in a clinical setting 4.
