职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Liaise with customers as required, maintain good relationships and optimize business opportunities and -outcome
? Coordinate and monitor the work actively of various interrelated departments involved (for example CBU/SH office, PM SH office, DEC/SH office, internal customers/BG Asia Plants, work preparation, planning, purchasing, production, warehousing, additionally service activities from additionally service providers) as a team player to achieve continuously improvement of the business activity and customer satisfaction
? Review existing processes and make changes as required to ensure that maximum efficiencies are maintained and quality requirements are met
? Ensure that you and your team are aware of, follow and focused contribute to continuously improvement of relevant QEHS, APS-, PC&L and maintenance procedures, processes and practices
? Ensure that facilities, equipment and tooling is in accordance to general and specified requirements in order to meet production output requirement from customers (quality, quantity, JIT) and internal efficiency/productivity goals and targets
? Monitor and improve performance through KPI-system and improvement actions
? Plan the use of human resources and organize recruitment and placement of required staff
? Establish organizational structures and work schedules and train and supervise staff
? Manage team activity to ensure on time production of trials and samples in line with customer expectations
? Understand, measure, monitor and improve the capabilities of all processes
? Facilitate preventive activities through scheduled FMEA activity
? Review financial statements and data, utilize financial data to improve profitability, prepare and control operational budgets
? Provide technical support internal as well as external where necessary
                                                                    
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

- College degree in business administration, commerce, management, industrial technology or industrial engineering. Bachelor's and master's degrees in industrial/mechanical engineering or operations management.
- Understanding of the various manufacturing techniques (press machine, water jet, felt line etc.)
- Practical experiences in a wide range of products and technologies with a special focus on Non Woven carpet technology from technical, financial as well as manufacturing know-how point of view
- Experience in manufacturing / quality within textile and plastic manufacturing and conversion industry
- Knowledge and experience in management of equipment and improvement projects, organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Product realisation and PPAP approval to customer requirements
- Process realisation and commissioning to customer and business requirements
- Conformance to ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001
- Interest and strong commitment to focus on environment, health and safety issues
- Analytical, skills for multicultural relationship and problem solving skills
- A strong communicator with open and transparent communication, coordination and negotiation skills who is self-motivated and organized and is a quick learner and strong team builder
- Must be able to motivate employees and develop positive team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and budgets
- Chinese native speaker with fluent oral and written English
