职位描述：
The Sr. Manager of Design Engineering will lead a team working on the future integration of real SOC in most advanced technology. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving many of the key technical aspects, including and perform the following duties:
- Working in close collaboration with the design engineering teams and managers and directors on the various efforts involved in the definition and implementation of various projects and scoping development efforts and project schedules.
- Responsible for the overall chip design and verification.
- Interacting with and guiding a wide variety of internal and external design and verification teams, silicon IP and tool vendors.
Requirements:
- SoC chip design project management experience of project team size 10 or above
- Good tracking record on delivering complex SoC
- Deep understanding of ASIC design & verification flow using advanced process technology
- Experience on customer support and solve customer issues
- People managerial experience and the ability to effectively manage a design team
- Communication skills, well organized, and detail oriented
- Innovative thinking and goal oriented execution
- BSEE required; MSEE preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ASIC design 举报 分享
