职位描述：
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Facility Maintenance and Engineering Supervisor reports to the plant Manager, as one of China Operations leadership team member, manage daily Maintenance and Engineering activities, to finish Capex projects per annually budget, implement maintenance PPM program, coach direct reporters to achieve operations excellence
 
PRIMARY DUTIES
? Ensure facility responsibilities for engineering, maintenance procedures, implement preventive and predictive maintenance program, optimize spare parts stock level
? Ensure daily engineering support to facility including plant maintenance, general services, utilities, waste water treatment.
? Track asset utilization ,equipment reliability and maintenance cost monthly report, identify opportunities for low cost to serve
? Manage Capex projects, providing technical advice and service such as installation, servicing, and repair services to meet operations requirements
? To review all property expansion, facility construction, and modification plans for compliance with EHS standards.
? People development and management via capability building, objective setting and PPA review.
? LSS Participation - Belt project and kaizen opportunities, development and leadership
Required Skills:
? At Least 6 years working experiences
? Bachelor degree in Chemical sciences, engineering, operations or Supply Chain or comparable
? Excellent analytical skills.
? Project management skills, Lean Six Sigma experience to green belt or black belt is beneficial
? Good financial skills and ability to manage projects/cost centers to a budget.
? Experience with Microsoft office skills, and to perform data analysis through Excel spreadsheets and Access database systems. A bonus to have experience with ERP systems.
? Good communication skill

? Team player
