Main responsibilities:

1. Prepare annual budget (Profit &Loss, Headcount and capital expenditure) at country level, business units and line of business levels;
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis of actual result versus budget targets versus forecast at country, business units and line of business units level;
3. Review sales opportunities together with the Head of business units to ensure the status and details of the opportunities are updated accordingly in the sales system. Prepare report/dashboard to Country Director and Finance Director for monthly business review with HQ;
4. Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue forecast by working together with the business units and line of business units;
5. Follow-up with sales team and delivery team on the status of sales opportunity and project to ensure the monthly actual revenue is closed to forecast;
6. Review project status and project P&L together with the line of business unit and highlight any loss making or delay in the project and provide project statistic to line of business units;
7. Prepare presentations and reports on the above;
8. Provide analysis on ad-hoc projects to management

Qualifications and Experience Required:

1. Solid accounting and financial analysis skill;
2. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, ACCA, CPA is an advantage;
3. 4 to 6 years experience in the financial planning
4. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
5. Experience with ERP accounting system a plus.
6. Must have strong hand-on experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
8. good interpersonal skill
9. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
