职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1) Assist for the operational of FA&C Department in line with guidelines, implement Siemens business conducts guideline, Compliance and Circulars;
2) Dealing with employee reimbursement and vendor payments on time, stick with company signature rules;
3) Assist to receivable collection, cash flow control; liaise with SAFE, bank officers and SFSL for fund activities;
4) Perform bank accounts and ICC accounts reconciliations, maintain and upload relating bank accounts information in TSM;
5) Support to Letter of Credit negotiation, inter-company accounting share service;
6) Responsible for accounting vouchers safe-storage;
7) Dealing with all tax return and other tax issues, external statistic documents.

Job Requirements
1) Minimum 5 years’ working experience in accounting field, with working experience in multinational company is preferred;
2) College degree or above, certification in accountant is preferred;
3) Experience of accounting processes (Costing, Budgeting, Reporting. etc.); Good understanding of business operations;
4) Fast learner, strong analytical skills, Skill set for MS-Software, e.g. Excel, Word, PPT etc.
