职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Provide HRBP support to the team located across China incl. Staffing, talent acquisition and development, C&B, Performance Management, Employee Relationship and so on.
- Assist HR Director to initiate activities to simplify the organization on the basis of well understanding the biz model/procedure, and facilitate function/department heads to review their organization structure and make necessary change;
- Support/Coach biz leaders/managers to identify HIPO in key positions, prepare human resources pipeline to continuously develop organizational capability;
- To establish good relationship with both managers and employees, earn their trust, and establish a platform of communication inter departmentally as well as inter-personally

Requirements:
- Around 5 to 8 years’ HR industry experience incl. 3 years’ managerial experience, and experience in supporting commercial team is a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Human Resources, Psychology, English or other equivalent major;
- Good communication (influencing) skills, in house HR management experience is a MUST, Organization Development experience is a plus;
- Good Knowledge about China Labor Law and local labor regulations;
- Familiar with hiring channels in local market as well as China market;
- A mature person who is able to work independently, and tackle challenges when work with people at different level
- A clear and a wholly thinker as well as a flexible person
- Well organized, easy going with good interpersonal skill and open mindset
