Overview:
Working with worldwide BU Finance team and Finance Shared Service team, the main duties include delivering accurate reporting and commentary for senior management, effective budgeting and forecasting, working closely with senior management, providing support on projects and providing analysis on various reports.
Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:
?Develop Reporting, forecasting and Budgeting processes.
?Have business Acumen to explore and analyze the Financials.
?Understand the Hyperion Data Consolidation process and prepare consolidated PL and B/S reports for both Actual reporting and Forecasting/Budgeting
?Conduct active / effective communication with legal entity / shared service / corporate for actual reporting review and forecasting/ budgeting review
?Be actively involved in the regional business discussion and provide necessary support to all functional teams including sales/PM/operations/engineering etc.
?Ad hoc support on project basis, provide financial support on business cases.
Requirements:
?Generally requires Bachelor degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in MNC; Master degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
?Assist in managing reporting functions. Strong exposure to management accounting
?Good understanding of US GAAP
?ERP system knowledge, SAP experience is preferred
?Hyperion/HFM knowledge is desired
?Good knowledge of MS and PowerPoint
?Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA or ACCA)
?Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
?High degree of initiative with strong analytical and problem solving skills
?Able to work independently and balance multiple priorities and commitments
?Good sense of deadline and time management skill
?Open minded and willing to learn.
?Be able to work under pressure
