Main responsibilities
- Make recruitment plan and implement according to hiring requirement,Work with customer and Recruitment Team.
- Department management team closely to work as real business partner and provide better hiring service;
- Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with Managers, Coordinators and Candidates.
- Assist HR Manager on monthly headcount forecast and budget control.
- Handle recruitment requirement and process.
- Work closely with recruitment team in HQ.
- Give proper training to the recruitment team and managers who participates in the recruitment process.
- Follow and improve recruiting process according to Quality requirement.
- Other assignments required by customer.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor degree, major in human resource is preferred.
- At least 5 years related working experience in foreign company, automotive industry will be a plus.
- Familiar with Chinese Labor Law.
- Good English communication skill and CET 6 preferred. Good Italian, will be given priority.
- Good literacy in office software, such as word, excel, project, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
- Good communication.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, service-focused.
- High level of interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Excellent customer service skills with both a professional telephone manner and excellent written
and verbal communication skill.
- Ability to work collaboratively and successfully with members of a team.
- Be able to build professional and lasting relationships with management and candidates alike.
