职位描述：
1、严格执行采购作业流程，贯彻执行公司的项目采购目标和各项管理制度；
2、执行询价、议价、比价制度，持续降低采购成本；
3、负责对项目进程中存在风险的资材到货时间进行有效评估及确认，按时完成采购任务，保证项目的正常运作；
4、以项目为导向，参与项目组制定项目实施计划，并及时维护更新采购资材进程；
5、负责不合格品的处理，包括返修、返工和退货工作；
6、每月、每季度对现有供应商到货情况进行统计，结合成本、交期及质量状况，对得分比较低的供应商提出期限改善要求或建议公司取消供货资格；
7、与项目部门定期反馈《采购进度表》或《加工件报目表》统计项目提出的采购问题，在规定时间对项目组成员做出明确的回复和处理措施；
8、配合有关部门做好报价、采购成本、交货期等方面的相关工作；
9、配合仓库做好物料入库工作
10、协助采购经理开发新的供应商，建立并维护供应商管理体系，维护部门日常工作。

任职要求：
1、机械工程自动化或机电一体化专业；
2、两年以上非标自动化采购工作经验；
3、熟悉非标自动化设备行业，了解非标行业标准件品牌的销售模式、区域分布状况，对不同品牌的价格体系有一定的了解；
4、熟悉AutoCAD图纸，了解制作工艺，能够独立开发合适非标设备的组件/部件供应商；
5、熟练掌握office办公软件；
6、较强的沟通能力、谈判能力、抗压能力、人际沟通能力；
7、有较强的对供应商开发和约束能力；
