职位描述：
The Finance Supervisor/Controller’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:
Reports to the Finance/Admin Manager China

？ Responsible for internal & external financial reporting with accurate and on time delivery
？ Ensure all the company’s financial statements are in accordance with GAAP, and local
statutory and tax requirements etc, company guidelines and business requirements
？ To be key member of yearly budget build up;
？ Performed periodic financial performance analysis, variance analysis, including providing
insightful comments to key variances vs prior forecast, budget.
？ Lead weekly , monthly financial forecast, improve Fcst accuracy
？ Monitoring cash flow to achieve target WCD
？ Communicating external resources, i.e bank, tax authorities.
？ Work closely and provide financial related support to management
？ Development/Maintain of the key member of team
-Other duties as assigned. Follow instructions


QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic:
- University graduate major in finance or accounting
   - Possess at least 8 years’ experience in finance, with 3 years’ in supervisor position

Experience:
- Worked in multi-national company for at least 5 years, preferably in automotive industry
- Track records in ERP system implementation in factory
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, and meet reporting deadline
- Have strong ability to prepare and develop the financial analysis reports to meet with the management Ad-hoc requirements
- Strong sense of monthly financial review process and requirement as FP&A leader
- Able to communicate with different levels of management and staff 举报 分享
