职位描述：

Job Responsibilities:

1. To carry out procurement for new project development for current accounts;

a. Sending RFQ & report the quotation timely;

b. Material procurement to support MT;

c. Tooling order & follow up;

d. BOM cost projection with accuracy information & quality work;

e. Co-ordinate with supplier for Custom & Logistic issues;

f. Supplier Selection Process (SSP) preparation;

1. To convert PR to PO timely and provided accuracy delivery commitment;

2. To monitor & reinforce On Time Delivery performance with suppliers;

3. To support & participate for material availability to meet customers’ requirement;

4. To maintain accuracy information for MPR parameter;

a. ECN/DN/CIA follow up;

b. ACO/Cancellation handling;

c. PO reconciliation with supplier;

5. To maintain a good filing system;

6. Meeting T&D requirement to improve self ability;

7. Maintenance good & health relationship with both suppliers & internal customers;

8. To perform other jobs assignment by his/her superior;

9. To attend and complete training on safety aspects as required by his/her jobs;

10. To perform his/her duties with according to the safety working processes and practices;

11. To report any unsafe condition or any accident to his/her superior immediately.

Qualification:

1. College degree or above;

2. 3 years experience in purchasing field for Electronics products;

3. Good negotiation & communication skills;

4. Writing & speaking fluent English is preferred;

5. Skillful for Excel & Words operation.
