Job Description/职责

1. Collect all market information from all sales regions and report to sales director

汇总来自各销售区域的信息和报告

2. Collect monthly Forecast and report

汇总月销售预测数据以及制作月销售数据统计报告

3. Month & Year-End report / PPT preparation

月&年终报告/ PPT筹备

4. Take sales expenses check and cost control report

销售费用的核查和控制报告

5. Assist Sales Director in handling business issues

协助销售总监处理业务问题

6. Support Sales Director for daily work:

协助处理销售总监的日常工作

- Sales analysis

销售分析

- invoice reimbursement

发票报销

- planning travel schedule

出差行程规划

Requirements/任职资格

1. University or college degree in marketing, business administration, mechanical or engineering major is preferred.

大专或本科学历,，市场营销、工商管理、电子工程, 机械工程类专业优先

2. More than 1 year working experience, foreign company experience is a plus;

1年以上工作经验，有外企工作经历者优先考虑；

3. Strong interpersonal communication capability and passionate team work spirit;

有良好的人际沟通能力,富有激情以及团队合作精神

4. Fluent spoken and written English is a must;

流利的英文说写能力

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office application such as Excel, PowerPoint etc..

熟练的办公软件应用能力，例如Excel & PPT

6. Willing to travel

能适应经常出差工作。
