职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1) Define design validation test plan and test method with internal R&D designers and external customer base on product's functionalities and customer's requirement, ensure all the requirements can be verified with a proper method.
2) Manage the test lab resource according to project schedule;
3) Test result analysis and test reports documentation;
4) Support engineering sample preparing follow up;
5) Evaluate the third-part test lab's capability;

Job Requirements
1) Bachelor degree in Electronics or relevant;
2) Automotive electronic products related testing experience or lab experience would be preferred;
