Sales/Business Development Manager
一、基本职责:
Job Responsibility:
1. 与总公司协调,开发、维护和管理本公司在中国境内和境外现有的和新的客户;
Coordinate, develop, maintain and manage a portfolio of current and new customers, in China and abroad .
2. 提升公司(含集团公司)商誉;
Improve business reputation of the company (including the group company).
3. 维护客户关系,建立稳定的关系网;
Develop customer relationship and build a stong network.
4. 根据长期战略计划,保持业务量的可持续增长。
Develop a sustainable growth in a long term strategy plan.
二、工作任务:
Job Description:
1. 与商务团队合作(销售/业务拓展/营销/沟通),且在总部的支持下,分析客户需求,识别并捕捉商机;
In cooperation with the Commercial team (Sales/BD/Marketing/Communication) and with the support of the Group , identify and capture the business chances based on customers’ requirements and company solutions.
2. 建立完整的客户档案并及时更新;
Set up consolidated customer profiles and update accordingly.
3. 参与商务谈判,拟定供货合同,追踪项目进展,促成销售结果,完成销售指标,做好销售台帐,及时回款;
Participate in the business negotiation, draft the supply contract, track the project processing status, promote the sale achievement so as to fulfill the sale target and amount cashed in time.
4. 参加展会和其它商务活动;
Attend exhibitions and other business events.
5. 参与每周工作回顾、会议;
Participate in weekly review, meetings.
6. 支持新产品、设备、服务方案的实施。
Support implementation of new products/equipment/services solutions
三、任职条件:
Knowledge, Experience:
1. 从事相关工作4年以上,有较强的市场营销经验;
More than 4 years relevant experience in sales or business development,
2. 具有市场敏感性,善于分析客户心理,把握市场机遇,有独立开拓市场能力;
Sensitive to market, analytical customer psychology, seize market opportunities, ability to independently develop the market;
3. 具有医疗器械、药品、化妆品相关行业经历的优先考虑;
Knowledge of one of our key markets (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Costmetics) is a plus
4. 活动能力强,具有较好的口头表达能力、有亲和力及谈判能力,能在短期内建立并维护客户关系;
Strong activity, good verbal skills, affinity and bargaining skills, establish and maintain relationships with customer in the short term;
5. 能以英语作为工作语言进行沟通及良好的计算机相关技能;会法语优先。
Communication in English and good computer skills; French is a plus.
该岗位前期的工作地点在苏州,之后将可能安排在北京。
该职位直接向法国籍总经理汇报工作。
After a first period in Suzhou, the candidate might be located in Beijing.
The position reports directly to the French General Manager based in Suzhou.
