职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 负责新产品零部件性能，可靠性等测试，并记录、统计、分析测试数据。
2、 配合相关部门评估测试标准和测试方法，审核/验证其技术文件。
3、 根据产品或客户要求准备具体的测试计划和执行测试。
4、 负责临时样品或定制品的测试验证。
5、 负责第三方测试验证的沟通与管理。
6、 产品可靠性相关问题的追踪与反馈。
7、 领导临时安排及调动的工作。

任职要求：
1、 机械工程相关专业，大专及以上学历。
2、 3年以上机械行业或相关工作经验。
3、 了解钢材机械性能指标及其基本知识。
4、 了解钢结构件（冷弯或热轧等）或紧固件制造过程及工艺知识尤佳。
5、 有拉拔测试或疲劳测试经验者优先考虑。
6、 熟练运用结构设计计算，有限元分析，仿真软件工具等优先考虑。
