职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the safety of mechanical equipment, and HSE establishment of mechanical maintenance safety standards负责建立公司范围内电气设施设备的HSE标准;
2. Responsible for Set up and implement equipment daily maintenance system in mechanical side负责公司范围机械的维护；
3. Perform PM and continuous improvement tasks on equipment实施PM以及持续改进工作
4. Perform necessary record keeping. 完成每天必要的相关记录工作
5. To provide support to maintenance technician in term of work scheduling, troubleshooting对维修技术员的相关工作进行支援；
6. Training the technician to reach higher skill level对维修技术员进行技能的培训.
7. Be responsible for spare parts, seek the properly parts to implement localization and reduce maintenance cost. 对全厂范围设备的机械备件负责，并持续的减少费用；
8. Set up and control equipment management procedure to meet QA requirement (QS/TS16949 etc.)能用较强的质量意识来指导和控制设备的相关程序；
9. Perform other duties as required 其他的相关工作；

 Requirement：
1． Bachelor degrees in mechanical field, 拥有学士学位
2．with 2 years work experience of equipment maintenance; or senior technician in mechanical field, with 8 years work experience of equipment maintenance至少2年的相关维修工作经验或者8年的资深技术员的相关维修工作经验。
3． Must be familiar with the mechanical design principle and general mechanical concept. Can expertly use Auto CAD, Solidworks or Pro-E to do 3D drawing. 熟悉机械设计原理和常见机械结构，并能用Auto CAD、Solidworks 或者Pro－E画三维图。
