职位描述：
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree or above major in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
2. More than 3 years of work experience in automotive
3. Familiar with project planning and implementation process
4. Familiar with project management procedure and daily tools of project management (cost sheets, Time schedule, PowerPoint presentations, action list, etc)
5. Familiar with APQP/PPAP process and Master TS16949, Quality Management System
6. Stand-alone capacity in work and problem solving
7. Fluent in Chinese and English (speaking and writing).
8. Good leadship with team working and strong sense of responsibility
9. Driven by results
10. Available for business trips

Responsibilities：
1、Responsible for the success of a project in terms of quality / cost / lead-time / customer satisfaction, from the project opening until achieving a stable production (generally 6 months after SOP).
2、Motivates and coordinates the actions of the Project Group, approves or rejects proposed solutions without substituting oneself for the specialists of the trades.
3、Set up and updates project control data (Dashboard). Motivate project reviews with the project team.
4、 Report to his/her hierarchy of any project issue, and immediately ask for his/her Management if arbitration between several Department Managements is required. In connection with the Account Manager, the Project Leader is responsible for the project contact with the customer organization.
5. The Project Leader respects non-disclosure rules, with customers, suppliers, in and outside the Company.
Project duties:
Design development phase (M1？ M2):
When a new project is awarded by customer, the project manager does the project kick off meeting by presenting the customer input data to the project team, and define with the team the project road plan (project time schedule, tasks list, costs and margin status at project opening).
Follow the product definition (technical specifications, drawings), manages the prototype execution and follows the DVP approvals.
Guides the requests for quotation, from component and equipment suppliers.
Updates the business plan and produces the CPA linked to the project, in order to pass the Milestone 2 meeting and get the CPA document signed by the management.
Industrialization stage (M2？ M3):
Guide the implementation of the tools and capital equipments. Guide the potential changes (ECN), and in the meantime, transfers the information of the evolution to the design office and Industrial & Process engineering Department.
Initial samples and SOP stage (M3？M4):
The Project Leader assists the Quality function, to prepare the presentation of the IS documentation to the customer (Milestone 3).
Prepare the balance of the project (Milestone 4) in order to close it and transfer the responsibility to the production team. 举报 分享
