College or Bachelor degree holder
2. 三年以上生产型企业客服务经验, 机械行业优先
More than three years experience in manufacturing company
3. 英语 听说读写流利 ( 必须条件 )
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Fluent in Korean speaking and writing
4. 善于沟通, 积极主动,有团队合作精神
Good team player, be proactive and good at communication

Responsibility
工作职责:
1. 处理客户报价 – 接收客户询价, 制作报价单并追踪
Enquiry – receive RFQ, cost check, make the quotation to customers and follow up
2. 订单处理 – 订单接收, 订单输入, 与客户确认订单
Order handling – order receiving, order registration in ERP, order confirmation
3. 交期追踪, 保证订单的及时交货. 与公司内部相关部门进行沟通和协调
Delivery follow up – coordinate with relevant department to make sure the on time delivery of all orders
4. 应收帐款 – 保证及时回款
Account receivable – follow up the status of payment status from each customer
5. 客户投诉 – 接收客户投诉并与内部部门协调回复客户
Customer claim – handling the customer complain and coordinate with other department to find out the solution.
6. 销售报表 – 根据公司要求制作各类报告
Reporting – weekly or monthly report acc to the management requirement 举报 分享

The company Vestas was founded in 1946.and in 1955 air cooler for a B&W diesel engine was manufactured.
公司成立于1946年，并于1955年成功研制了B&W柴油发动机的空气冷却器。

In 1985 the product range in the cooler factory was extended with a production of Wacond cooling towers,manufactured since 1972,and in 1986 the cooler factory was separated from Vestas and became an independent limited company with the name Vestas aircoil A/S.1985年，公司又扩大产品范围，开始生产Wacond冷却塔，一直延续至1972年。1986年冷却器工厂从Vestas独立出来，成立--Vestas aircoil A/S.

Vestas aircoil Cooling Technology (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd.was established in September 2005 as a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise and 100% owned by Vestas aircoil A/S in Denmark.威斯达冷却技术(苏州)有限公司于2005年底开始正式生产,主要部件从国外进口。从2006年开始,威斯达冷却技术(苏州)有限公司已经稳定运营,并将为亚洲船用设备市场以及其他工业冷却安装设备市场提供大量产品。
