职位描述：
Prefer Engineering background
Main Responsibility:
? Support Pursuit Engineering to kickoff new pursuit internally; clarify assumption and set cost target and timeline for team.
? Summarize cost information, make sure cost items are properly input and the allocation, classification and timing are correct.
? Cost comparison analysis with similar programs and target, show the gap to team and follow up for correction
? Provide reviewed and agreed cost result with clear and reasonable cost assumption to business analyst to run Business Case.
? Lead and coordinate the cost estimation for all Engineering Change after Pursuit.
? Provide consultancy to other functions such as Engineering and PM regarding the process and drive for better result.
? Attend CRB as a finance representative, answer cost related questions and recommend disposition from Finance point.
? Database collection, benchmark analysis and ECR Data track.
? Cost Metrics update and analysis, Functional Performance track and feedback.
? Cost process and system continuous improvement.
? Ad hoc reports.
Skill & Ability:
? Excellent logical thinking and systematic problem solving capability
? Strong analytical skills, Carefulness on data checking and preparation.
? Finance/Commercial/PM/Product knowledge and sense
? Good communication skill
? Proficiency in English language (speak, write, read)
? Hard-working, willing to take up diversified job.
