职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1． According to market forecast, sales data and production capacity, conduct data analysis and develop plant master production plan, capacity plan & future planning strategies.
依据市场预估，销售数据以及工厂产能，制定工厂的主生产计划，产能计划以及长期计划策略。
2． Leverage customer demand and plant production capacity. Optimize production plan and track production execution to ensure high delivery compliance performance and suitable DC inventory (FDS).
平衡客户需求和工厂产能，优化生产计划安排并追踪生产进度确保高水平出货达成率并维持分销中心合理库存（FDS）。
3． Monitor export sales business; coordinate special contract review with related functions. Keep good communication with overseas customers to better satisfy customer requirements.
负责出口销售业务；组织相关部门对特殊合同进行评审。和国外客户保持良好沟通，确保更好的满足客户需求。
4． Complete planning reports, and review master plan, monthly production planning and production execution performance with related departments.
负责相关工作报告。与相关部门定期评审主生产计划，月度生产达成情况报告。
5． Develop material replenishment plan according to SAP MRP result, keep production running smoothly without materials shortage.
依据SAP系统需求制定物料需求计划，确保充足物料供给以保证生产平稳运行。
6． In charge of the plant overall inventory turn; perform inventory analysis, and take actions to improve plant inventory turn and keep the inventory on a reasonable level; reduce material scrap amount when products version changed; tracking slow moving inventory and take actions to reduce slow moving inventory rate.
全面负责工厂库存周转及库存分析；采取相关措施改善库存周转，保持合理的库存水位；减少产品版本变更所产生的物料报废；追踪并减少积压库存。
7． Driving related functions to solve any issue (production issues, quality issues etc.) which impact production and shipment.
推动相关部门积极解决相关生产及质量问题，确保生产和出货及时达成。
8． Work with purchasing team for any supply shortage, ensure smooth production; reduce the impact to customer requirement.
与采购小组积极配合避免或减少物料短缺所产生的生产问题和对客户需求的影响。
9． Perform annual budget related to long term planning, material purchasing planning and inventory planning, and execute LTP in SAP.
参与年度预算工作中的相关工作，包含长期计划，物料采购计划和库存计划，并在SAP系统中完成LTP需求制定。
10． Be responsible to maintain SAP master data and support daily planning operation in SAP. Timely communicate to global or regional SAP experts to resolve related system issues.
负责SAP系统中相关主数据的维护工作，支持日常SAP操作工作中问题的解决。及时和公司内SAP专家沟通以解决相关系统问题。
11． As a super user to maintain MES LMMS, do trouble shooting on floor about LMMS errors to ensure normal production and correct integration between SAP and MES.
做为超级用户维护MES精益物料管理系统，处理和解决精益物料管理系统的问题以保证正常生产和SAP/MES系统数据的一致性。
12． Take part in or support various projects, such as transfer projects from overseas to Suzhou; products version change, etc.
参与相关项目工作，如产品转移项目和产品版本升级项目。
13． Manages and leads subordinators to timely complete Planning responsibility and achieve the yearly targets; gives instructions to team members when necessary.
带领下属及时完成相关工作并完成年度工作目标；并适时给予部门成员相关工作指导。
14． Performs other duties as may be required by supervisor.
完成上级领导所安排其他职责。


SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1． Bachelor degree in business or management, At least 5 years planning experience in foreign invested company.
大学本科工商或管理等相关专业；外企5年或以上计划工作经验。
2． Have sufficient experience in using SAP, and be skilled at the operation of SAP planning function (PP/PE);
丰富的SAP使用经验并熟练使用相关计划模块的应用。
3． Good oral and written English
良好的英语读写能力。
4． Good computer operation skills, and be good at MS office software.
良好的电脑操作能力，尤其善于微软办公软件的应用。
5． People management experience is preferred.
