职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Conduct daily front desk tasks: in and outgoing mail,copy and fax,stationary(incl.printing for all offices in PRC),propose and implement the office order policy.
2. Support on all flight tickets for Suzhou-based employees and Corporate Hotel Agreements for the Suzhou area.
3. Support shuttle bus services for Suzhou plant.
4. Support canteen services.
5. Support cleaning of Suzhou offices/Plant
6. Support the security of the Suzhou offices/Plant.
7. Handle the stationary orders and distribution for Suzhou Plant and other department in Suzhou Area.
8. Support IT department on coordination of Mobile application and delivery based on the IT department’s policy and procedure.
9. Handle the monthly expense for all mobile phones and fixed line phones and ensure related cost reports are available timely.
10. Handle sourcing and administration of company provided transportation (vehicles for senior management, company owned cars and trucks, etc.)
11. Provide accurate and timely data such as weekly travel plan to assist management with internal activities.
12. Support HR team for some other department tasks if necessary.

Requirements:
Graduated in 2017 will be a must.
1. min. college degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Good knowledge of company administration organization with a strong service orientation
3. Loyal, passionate and self-motivated individual with good attitude and positive mindset to complete daily tasks efficiently.
4. Fluent in English & Mandarin (oral and written communication).
5. Be flexible and positive to cooperate with all involved functions.

  SIG Combibloc is one of the world's leading system suppliers of aseptic carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food with around 5,000 staff world-wide. Headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.
