职位描述：
New Suppliers and existing supplier stock molds proposal
Define quality standard Spec and quality control procedure
Ensure conformation to quality acceptance procedures between customer, MYC and supplier&MYC plant.
Ensure projects sourcing& Development meeting quality and timeline request
Improve packaging development progress management tools / SOP, ISO, SA.
Ensure adequate staffing, fulfilling the objectives with minimum costs
grant approval technical points and take full responsibility for cost, timing, technical feasibility of packaging developed.
Problem solving for technical& quality, financial impact due to poor packaging development
Support to Procurement for purchasing price, payment terms, delivery timing negotiation when necessary.
Ensure effective communication and bridging works with the packaging development and purchasing teams
Provide coaching and support to subordinates and all other team members.
Ensure and Qualification supplier to meet Standard request
Ensure all price submitted to customers with very reasonable and competitive price to meet with customer target. 举报 分享
