Required Qualifications :
-University/college and above, major in Computer Application or relevant ;
-At least 5 years relevant working experience in SAP HCM consulting area and project management and 1~2 full cycle SAP implementation ;
-Actual SAP knowledge at least ECC 6.0 EHP 6 and SAP HCM training / certificate is a plus;
-Good knowledge in SAP HCM, additional knowledge in FI, and CO is a plus. Skills in project management ,Project management skill, presentation and training skill;
-Familiar with MS Office, database knowledge;
-Fluent oral and written English;
-Be able to travel abroard for short visit;
-Good teamplayer
-Sound communication skill with external partner and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with external project partner and the keyuser team to configure, test and implement SAP functionality
- Analyze business problems, design cost effective solutions
- Analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices
- Strict adherence to GF HR template concept and processes
- Documentation compliance for future reference and audit
- Train keyusers in sufficient way
- Provide status reports to local HR management, central IT of GFAU, CIO of GFPS and GFMS
Coordinate rollout team including external partners to implement the SAP HCM functionality for new companies:
- provide periodic status reports to project steering committee
- provide project controlling to project steering committee
- check and release time records of external partners and assign accounts of invoices
- Analyze business requirement, design cost effective solutions based on GFAU template
- System customizing and function specification for necessary development
- Support in training and testing
- Documentation compliance for future reference and audit
- Ensure knowledge transfer to local team and support team
Support of Asian HR related projects in close cooperation with HR managers Asia
- Check the Asian companies fiance related issue proactively on regular basis
- Follow up the issues with Asian companies
- Concept proposal and solution development
- Support in yearly external and internal audit
Process innovation / improvement in SAP HCM area;
Documentation and training of SAP HCM processes.
