Your role & tasks
Dakoko is a sales driven organization and the sales department is led by the German company owner and the Chinese general manager. As an executive & sales assistant your main tasks & responsibilities include:
- Support of the sales team in organizing and attending sales events (e.g. trade shows, conferences) (~10% of your time)
- Realizing the companies digital marketing strategy ( ~20% of your time)
o Supervising & optimizing the pay by click advertisement campaigns
o Learn more about daily operation and success stories and share your stories on the company website, WeChat account
o Create & Maintain Company WeChat account
- Support the General Manager & Company Owner with internal communications. Tasks include ( ~30% of your time)
o Communication & Translation between internal departments
o As you become more familiar with the organization you will take over projects by your own
- Ensure satisfaction of our international customers ( ~30% of your time)
o Communicate with customers about order & shipping details
o Coordination between internal PMC department, external shipping suppliers and customers to ensure high delivery compliance
o Support sales team in international communications
- Other administrative tasks for the sales team, General Manager & company owner (~10% of your time)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience as an assistant
- Fluent both in written and oral English
- High affinity to online services and social media (especially WeChat)
- Exceptional organization skills: You love to structure things and put things in order
- Good writing / blogging skills in Chinese
- High interest & willingness to expand your knowledge and learn new things
- Additional languages, especially German & Japanese are a plus
- Young, dynamic team player
