职位描述：
Duties:
1.Tooling vendor development to support our growth strategy and China tooling for Quadion –
a)high quality
b)competitive price
c)short lead-time
2.Daily tooling vendor and NPD tooling development management, and perform monthly NPD tooling performance review of quality/cost/on time deliver, to contribute the NPD performance and ensure the samples submission on time.
3.NPD tooling design review and approval, key projects’ tooling development.
4.5% YOY improvement of NPD tooling GP and tooling repair cost.
5.Set up the tooling maintenance guideline and document，support on production tool repair.
6.Set up the MPP tooling design standard for both rubber and plastic, and standardize the equipment interface to the tool. Support on the new press specification definition.
7.New tooling technology investigation and development in China, localize the flashless tooling, to build our tooling capability at the state of the art.
8.Other duties and assumes accountability as apparent or as delegated by line manager, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

Position Requirement:
1. Solid skill in tooling design, mold project experience is preferred
2. Good communication skill and leadership skill
3. Good English
