职位描述：
Essential responsibilities: 岗位职责：

Support EHS manager to manager company environment & safety affairs ensure company EHS policy get good implementation and property safety, maintain 0 injury and 0 resource damage and spillage, help company to achieve the social image such as good human protection and good environment protection.
协助安全环保健康经理管理公司安全、环境工作，确保公司的EHS方针得到落实和执行，确保公司的业务运作在无人员伤害和风险、无社会资源损害的良好公司环境，营造良好员工保护和可持续发展的社会形象。

1. EHS system maintenance & legal compliance
EHS体系维护运行与合规
(1) Support to maintain current EHS management system(internal and external audit, inspections)
协助维护当前的EHS管理体系运行（内审、外审、各项检查）。
(2) Develop and update plant EHS standards, make sure to implementation the corporate standards.
负责制定和更新相应的程序，并推行对应项目确保其符合性。
(3) Ensure all the construction projects are compliance with the environmental and safety regulation, coordinate all the inspections or evaluations from government.
确保公司的各项新改扩建项目符合环保、安全相关的手续合规性，协调政府部门的各项评估检查

2. EHS optimization & improvement
EHS优化与改善
(1) Lead safety & environment improvement projects such as Contractor EHS management improvement project.
负责环境、安全改进项目的落实，如：承包商的EHS管理及改进项目等
(2) Make sure the good implementation of risk assessment and all the control measures, Issue general and work permit if necessary
负责变更管理的风险分析和措施的落实，协助工作许可证和特殊工作许可证的签发

3. Training, incident investigation & reporting, fire-fighting & emergency response
培训、事故调查与汇报、消防及应急演练
(1) Be responsible for improving safety & environment knowledge and awareness, such as integrate EHS training matrix and coordinate EHS activities.
提高员工安全环保技能及意识，如识别EHS培训需求、协调安全环境相关的培训和活动等。
(2) Support departments to investigate incidents and accidents, be responsible to analyze the safety trend based on the incidents and inspection findings, follow up the CAPA to closure, communicate all the incidents and accidents related
协助部门进行事故调查，分析事故和检查发现项的趋势，负责跟踪落实整改和预防措施及事故沟通
(3) Support to manage the fire-fighting process and facility, organize emergency response drill and follow up the actions to closure
协助消防设施的管理，负责组织策划应急演练，跟踪落实改进行动。
(4) Be responsible for regularly reports.
实行月报及年报制度。


Qualifications/Requirements
岗位资格：

1. Bachelor degree or above, in Chemical Engineering /Safety Engineering or Environment Engineering relevant
本科以上学历，化学工程、安全管理、环境工程等相关专业
2. More than 5 years of experience in international manufacturing sites EHS Team
5年以上外资企业制造行业环境安全健康经历
3. Experienced in safety engineering standards and practice.
丰富的安全标准知识和实践
4. National certificated safety engineer preferred
注册安全工程师优先
5. Familiar with IOS14001&OHSAS18001 management system and legislation of environment health & safety.
熟悉ISO14001、OHSAS18001管理体系.
6. Excellent team work, communication, problem solving skills and planning.
优秀的团队合作能力，沟通能力，问题解决能力和策划能力
7. Proficient English communication skill (written and verbal)
良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
8. Excellent MS office skills.
